VALENTÍN REYES-OTOMOAmai's father, who was born in San Sebastián del Oeste, Mexico. When he was a young adult, he got a job at a shipping company and was relocated to Japan. Valentín was Amai's sole parental figure for most of her life, and she full-heartedly adored him. When he died, it left her deeply scarred. |

MARIN OTOMOAmai's mother. She had gotten married to Valentín young, though it was never really in her plan to have children. It's been around eleven years since Amai's last seen her mother. Marin truly meant to reach out eventually, but could never find the best, most sincere way to do so. |
MADOKA AMANOBasically the extrovert who picked Amai up and said "come on we are getting you some friends :)" and Amai ADORES her for it. That is his BEST FRIEND. Madoka doesn't quite get "genuine Amai" privileges, but out of everyone, she's the one who Amai would theoretically feel most comfortable letting down her guard around. |

GINGKA HAGANEIn all honesty, Amai is a bit jealous of Gingka. He's completely likeable and genuine at the same time and Amai really wishes that could be her. They get along fairly well, though Gingka probably picks up on the fact that Amai isn't quite allowing herself to connect with the others. |
KENTA YUMIYAAmai wouldn't admit it, but he feels a little bit of responsibility over Kenta. He's not too sure if a little kid should be out wandering around and battling people, but if nobody thinks it's a huge issue, then Amai's not gonna be the one who brings it up. Kenta's a good kid, though. Amai's got a lot of respect for him. |

BENKEI HANAWAIf you asked Amai who the ideal man is, he would immediately answer Benkei. Sometimes they work together, and Amai asks Benkei to walk him home sometimes! They are buds. He exclusively refers to Amai as “Miss Amai” after a joke Amai made that he took seriously (only "miss" because Amai thinks "mister" sounds weird). |
KYOYA TATEGAMIAmai thinks his "lone lion" attitude is a bit silly, and a part of her finds him immature for how little he seems to care about what others think. Still, she's (begrudgingly) willing to acknowledge his strength. Kyoya's probably challenged her before, but Amai thinks it's funny to refuse and tell him that she won't battle him until he asks nicely. |

SATOMI KUBOUAmai’s old manager, a former idol who had to quit after a scandal. Amai affectionately refers to her as Mama, definitely just because it’s a nickname for manager and not because he is in desperate need of a maternal figure. Satomi lived vicariously through Amai, trying to avoid the mistakes that she had made and accidentally guiding Amai to make fun new mistakes instead. |
